Scholarship Program for International Students from Eurasian Countries
The Ministry of Education of the PRC and Heilongjiang Province have established a joint scholarship for Master’s and PhD programs for citizens of Eurasian countries as part of the strategy for developing advanced education.
Applications deadline: March 20, 2026.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Citizenship: Must be a non-PRC citizen.
- Passport: Must be valid until at least March 2027.
- Academic Standing: Minimum average score of 75/100.
- Age: Under 35 for Master’s programs, under 40 for PhD programs.
- Chinese-taught programs: HSK Level 5 or higher.
- English-taught programs: TOEFL 90+ or IELTS 6.0+.
