HENNGE’s Global Internship Program 2026
The Applications are now open for HENNGE’s Global Internship Program 2026. It is a Fully Funded Internship in Japan for International students from all around the world.
HENNGE is a leading Japanese IT company specializing in cloud security and digital transformation (DX) solutions. Founded in 1996, it holds a dominant market share in Japan in the business cloud security services segment.
The Internship is open to Bachelor’s students and specialists in IT sphere. The Duration of HENNGE’s Global Internship is from 4 to 6 Weeks. Participants will work at the Shibuya headquarters in Tokyo. Moreover, there is no Japanese Language is required. The primary working language is English. The Program covers all the expenses, and the outstanding participants may be offered full-time employment opportunities at HENNGE. There are three Batches in 2026, so interns have to specify their preferred dates in the application form (Batch 1: Mar 16 – Apr 17; Batch 2: Jun 1 – Jul 10; Batch 3: Aug 3 – Sep 11).

Internship Fields:
- Full Stack Software Engineering
- Front-end Software Engineering
- Python, Go, and/or TypeScript
- Full-stack Development
- Cloud Computing
- Distributed Systems
Eligibility Criteria:
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (third-year students and above welcome).
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (Japanese not required)
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Linux/MacOS/Unix-like environments

Step 2
Solve the coding challenge and submit your work with your CV and cover letter.
Step 3
An HR interview, followed by an online interview, will be given to those who pass Step 2.
* A limited number of internship slots in each batch are available. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and positions will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encourage you to apply early, as applications will close once all positions are filled.
