The Malaysian Government is announcing a competition for a scholarship programme for admission to Master’s and Ph.D. programmes at leading universities in Malaysia. Successful applicants may choose from 24 participating universities, including all 20 public universities and four select private institutions.
Application Deadline: April 3, 2026
The MIS Scholarship covers:
- Full tuition fees for the duration of the program.
- A monthly living allowance of RM 1,500.
Eligible Fields of Study:
- Arts and Humanities
- Social Sciences, Journalism, and Information
- Business, Administration, and Law
- Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
Eligibility Requirements:
- Open to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Candidates must apply for full-time Master’s or Doctoral programs.
- Maximum 40 years for Master’s applicants and 45 years for PhD applicants.
- IELTS certification is not mandatory.
